How quickly will my personalised goods arrive?
Your Jack and Gill product is made to order and in most cases will be dispatched within 14 days of order payment and verification. International orders will take an additional 3-10 days to allow for international shipping.

Can I speak to someone rather than email?
You can call direct on +61 (0)411 232 071. If we are unable to take your call please leave your name and contact details and we will return your call as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my order?

You have five simple payment options:
- PayPal (PayPal offers an easy, reliable and secure service enabling you to fund your payment using your debit card, credit card, bank account and PayPal balance).
- Credit Card over the phone by calling +61 (0)411 232 071. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- Direct Deposit into our account, using our BSB: 704 191 & Account #: 200004. Our account name is: Jack & Gill Designs. Please include your Reference Number (from order confirmation) so that we can verify where the payment has come from.
- Australian Cheque or Money Order payable to Jack & Gill Designs. Post to PO Box 1448 Doncaster East VIC 3109.
- In person at our market stalls via Cash, Credit Card & Eftpos.

Please note we will not process or dispatch an order until full payment is received.

Can a place an order if I am not located in Australia?
Yes, Jack & Gill Designs offer international customers the option of ordering online the same way as anyone in Australia. The only difference is, all international orders must be paid for using PayPal.

Can fabric colour or embroidery colours be changed?
Yes, in most cases. To confirm any changes you can call us on +61 (0)411 232 071 or send an email to info@jackandgilldesigns.com.au.

Can I send Jack & Gill products as a gift?
Yes we can send your order to an address other than your own. Simply enter the delivery address in the appropriate field and make a note in the comments section to advise us that it is a gift. You can also add a short personal message to be included with the gift. Gift Wrapping will be available soon.
