Jack & Gill Designs offer a guarantee on all our products. In the unlikely event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition, please return the item with proof of purchase and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please return damaged or faulty products including proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to: Jack & Gill Designs, PO Box 1448 Doncaster East 3109. We are more than happy to reimburse your postage costs.
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange items:
- if you change your mind, as most of our products are personalised
- if errors are made due to incorrect information supplied by you CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by phone or email within 1 hour (during business hours) of placing your original order. If your order is placed outside of business hours we will need the request by 9am the following business day. Any requests after this time will be at the discretion of Jack & Gill Designs. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order is in process/completed/dispatched. GIFT CERTIFICATE INFORMATION:
Purchasing a Gift Certificate:
- Our Certificates are available for any amount
- Certificates can be delivered to either you or the recipient directly
Redeeming a Gift Certificate:
- Recipients can redeem their Gift Certificate by browsing and making their purchase online
- During the checkout process there will be an option to redeem your Gift Certificate. If this option is chosen you must supply your first name, surname and certificate/voucher number in the boxes provided for it to be accepted
- The balance of the voucher will be applied to the shopping cart total. If your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, you must pay for the balance via Paypal. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account for later use and is not transferable
Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:
The same exchange and return policies apply for any purchase made with a gift certificate.
- No Gift Certificates may be redeemed for cash, nor will any refunds be given for returns of unredeemed or expired Gift Certificates.
- Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the issue date and are recorded for verification.
- Jack & Gill Designs will not be liable for Gift Certificates that are lost or stolen. PRICING:
We are continually undertaking research to ensure that our products are competitively priced and therefore, prices are subject to change without any notice. All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices do not include postage. Postage charges are calculated at checkout. ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will receive a confirmation of your order to the email address provided. This email address will only be used for confirmation purposes unless otherwise agreed by you. STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Fabric may vary due to availability. In the unfortunate event that our fabric/stock is sold out prior to receiving your order, we will notify you immediately by email or phone using the details supplied by you. If no suitable alternatives are available, we will fully refund all monies paid using the original method of payment. PRODUCT COLOUR:
The colors that appear on this website may differ slightly from the actual product colors. We display the color as accurately as possible; however, a slight variation may occur due to individual computer monitor settings. Samples of our work can be seen at our market stalls. EMBROIDERY:
As all products are hand made, embroidery may not be in the exact same place as samples or online photos. The size of the embroidery may vary slightly depending on the length of name. We endeavor to have a standard size; however, long names could mean a smaller font size is necessary. Please double check the spelling of names and personal information to be included on a product before submitting your order. No refunds or exchange will be given for incorrectly supplied details. COMPETITION WINNERS:
The winner of our monthly competition will have his or her name listed on our website and in the following months newsletter distributed regularly on the 1st of each month. We will also send the winner an email advising they have won and comfirming their prize. If you are a competition winner and do not wish to have your name listed in the newsletter please advise us via email to info@jackandgilldesigns.com.au.
